How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay per active user on the plan. Each tier has a minimum billable seat count (e.g. 3 on Team) — below that you're billed the minimum. Add or remove seats any time and you're charged for the running count.
Do all users count as seats?
Yes — every active user is one seat. Read-only approvers also count, but you can share PDF quotes and POs with unlimited external suppliers and customers via secure links at no extra cost.
Can I mix plan tiers across my team?
No — each workspace runs on a single tier. Use the slider to find your seat range; when you outgrow it, upgrade to the next tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade instantly at any time; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No lock-in and no re-implementation fees.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll see a reminder to pick a plan. Your data stays safe — the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.
I'm on an old flat plan — what happens?
Legacy flat-plan customers are grandfathered at their current price. When they switch, they move to today's per-seat pricing.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes — paying annually saves roughly 17–20% off the monthly rate on Starter, Team and Business plans.
Can I self-host SiteLogic?
Self-hosted and dedicated deployment are available on the Enterprise plan, along with SSO, a dedicated success manager and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
