Frequently asked questions.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay a flat price per user, per month, on top of the tier you choose. Add or remove seats anytime from Admin → Billing — you're billed pro-rata. External users (suppliers, customer portal access) don't count as seats.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone in your company who signs into SiteLogic to view or edit data — buyers, PMs, site managers, admins. Read-only supplier and customer portal users are free.
Can I mix tiers across my team?
No — a workspace runs on one tier, but every user in it gets the full feature set. Pick the tier based on the features you need, not per person.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or add seats at any time from Admin → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a paid plan. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe — your data is never deleted automatically.
I'm already on a legacy workspace plan — will my price change?
No. Existing customers are grandfathered on their current workspace-flat pricing (Essential / Professional / Advanced / Premium) for 12 months. When your renewal comes up we'll show you both options — stay legacy for another year, or switch to per-seat with a first-year discount.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — paying yearly saves roughly 17% compared to monthly billing.
Do you offer self-hosted deployments?
Dedicated hosting is available on the Enterprise plan for compliance-sensitive customers. Contact sales to discuss.
