Getting started
Do I need to install anything?

No. FMC SiteLogic runs entirely in the browser on our secure cloud. Sign up, log in and start working — nothing to download or configure.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. Every new workspace gets a full-feature 7-day trial with no credit card required. You can explore every module using our built-in demo dataset.

How long does setup take?

Most workspaces are live inside a day. Sign up in 30 seconds, either explore the demo data or wipe it and CSV-import suppliers, items and projects. You can raise your first PO the same afternoon.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancellation is one click in Admin → Billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible for export throughout.

Do you offer a demo or onboarding call?

Business and Enterprise plans include a guided onboarding call. Starter and Team customers can book a paid onboarding session or use our detailed self-serve guides.

Pricing & billing
What do the plans cost?

Per user, per month, billed monthly or annually: Starter £19, Team £39, Business £69, Enterprise from £95 (custom quote, minimum 10 seats). See the pricing page for included seat ranges and feature comparison.

What is the minimum for Enterprise?

Enterprise starts at 10 seats and is quoted from £95 per user per month. It adds SSO (SAML / OIDC), unlimited companies, a dedicated success manager, optional self-hosted deployment and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade instantly at any time; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No lock-in, no re-implementation fees.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT is applied at checkout where applicable; reverse-charge rules are honoured for valid EU business VAT numbers.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — paying annually saves roughly 17–20% off the monthly rate on Starter, Team and Business plans.

What happens if my trial ends?

You'll see a banner reminding you to pick a plan. Your data is safe — you won't lose anything. If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only until you do.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancellable any time. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days.

Data & migration
Can I import my existing data?

Yes. Suppliers, customers, items, projects and opening stock all import from CSV using our downloadable templates. Business and Enterprise plans include migration support.

Which formats can I export to?

Every list view exports to CSV or Excel. POs, invoices, quotes and requisitions render as branded PDFs. Full workspace backups (JSON) are available on Business and Enterprise.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Always. You retain full ownership of your data. One-click CSV/Excel exports of every table are available on every plan.

Can you migrate us from another system?

Yes. Our team has migrated customers from spreadsheets, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and legacy construction ERPs. Contact us for a scoped migration quote.

Multi-company & users
Can one login manage multiple trading companies?

Yes. Multi-company workspaces (from the Business plan — up to 3 companies, unlimited on Enterprise) let a single user switch between entities instantly, with per-company roles, currency, tax rules and reporting.

How do user roles work?

Built-in roles cover Owner, Admin, Buyer, Site Manager, Accounts and Read-only. Business and Enterprise plans allow fully custom roles with granular per-module permissions.

Are guest or approver users free?

Read-only approvers count as full seats, but you can share PDF quotes and POs with unlimited external suppliers and customers via secure links at no extra cost.

Do you support SSO?

SAML / OIDC SSO with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra and Okta is available on the Enterprise plan.

Security & privacy
How is my data protected?

Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security (RLS) enforced on every query. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), with daily off-site backups.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in EU or UK regions by default (customer choice at signup). US regions are available on request for Enterprise customers.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We are a GDPR data processor, we sign DPAs with all customers on request, and we provide subject-access-request tooling directly in the admin panel.

Do you have SOC 2 / ISO 27001?

We follow the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control frameworks. Formal audit reports are on the roadmap and available to Enterprise customers under NDA.

What is your uptime commitment?

99.9% monthly uptime SLA on Business and Enterprise plans, with credit-back if we miss it. Real-time status is published on our status page.

Construction workflows
How does plant-hire billing work?

Attach an item to a project on-hire, set a weekly rate, and SiteLogic auto-generates the weekly hire charges — linked back to the originating PO and rolling straight into project cost. No other SMB ERP does this.

Can I scan barcodes on the yard?

Yes. Every item can hold multiple barcodes (UPC / EAN / CODE128 / QR) with one marked as primary. Any USB or Bluetooth scanner works, and the mobile view is optimised for phone cameras.

How does live project costing work?

Every PO line, GRN, invoice and plant-hire charge tags to a project (and optionally a unit). Commitments and actuals roll up in real time so you see margin variance the day it happens.

Can I raise site requisitions from the field?

Yes. Site teams create requisitions from the mobile view against a contract catalogue. Buyers review them centrally and convert approved lines into purchase orders — no auto-generation, so nothing slips.

Do you handle subcontractor bills and CIS?

Yes — subcontractor bills tag to projects and produce CIS deduction and monthly return reports for HMRC on Business and Enterprise plans.

Support
What are your support hours?

UK-based email support Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. Business plans get a priority queue; Enterprise plans get a dedicated CSM and 24/7 P1 phone support.

How quickly do you respond?

Starter / Team: within one business day. Business: within 4 business hours. Enterprise: within 1 hour for critical issues.

Do you have a public roadmap?

Yes. Roadmap and changelog are visible from inside the app — every customer can upvote and comment on requests.
